Hermosa Beach, CA..........I took this standing just steps up from the beach, looking up Pier St. This section of the street nearest the beach is closed to cars, so it's just a bunch of shops, restaurants, and bars, and people walking!..........This is a special place to me, as I moved here back when I was 19 years old, by myself, and it was a wonderful little adventure! I have some truly great memories of this place!! My teeny tiny studio apartment was only a block and a half up from the beach, so almost every evening, I would go down and take a walk on the beach to watch the sunset..........Here's what Wikipedia has to say about this wonderful place: Hermosa Beach is a beachfront city in Los Angeles County, California, United States.
