Artist's Description
Built in 1899 by Professor Schwartze, the Inline Steam Trike was capable of speeds approaching 70 m.p.h. if you could hang on- with solid rubber tires and no shocks it was a very rough ride! The solid white rubber tires are now cracked and the metal rusting after being stored in a barn for many years.
About Stuart Swartz
I work in a wide variety of mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture and computer graphics. I grew up drawing cartoons and building model cars, tanks and planes so naturally this interest has had a big influence upon my artwork. I am especailly interested in antique machinery and vehicles of all kinds. Over the last couple years I've had several people ask about creating some Christmas cards featuring my artwork so I've added a Chritmas card gallery. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy my work! I also have T-shirts and other items featuring my artwork available on Zazzle.com, store name StusPlace
