In an effort to help provide sustainable development for the people of Haiti, Gord Pauls of Hamilton, Ontario will be participating in a Triple Ironman. Gord hopes to raise $250,000 to be used toward a micro-credit system. Visit www.gordpauls.com for more information.
On August 27, 2010, Gord will do an Ironman (3.8 Km swimming, 180 Km biking, 42.2 Km running).
On August 28, 2010, Gord will do another Ironman.
On August 29, 2010, Gord Pauls will compete in the Iron Man Canada 2010 race in Penticton, B.C.
In 3 short days Gord will travel 678 Km!
