Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, handwriting on drawing paper, old book page, image transfers and acrylics, wax pastel crayons, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.
Meaning behind the art: Every once in a while I come to the collage table in the studio and want to try something different, Why? To take a risk and see what happens. Not always does the visual moment work out to the best of my intentions but the showing up and doing is the hardest part. Bio Laura Lein-Svencner was raised in Downers Grove IL not far from her grandfather’s farm and resides now Darien Illinois for the past 30 years. She’s continued with her personal studies in drawing, printmaking, sculpture, papermaking and collage. Seeking inspiration from one artist to another, Laura has pursued her love of paper; this steady pace of exploration has led her to become a member of many local and international collage groups. She also co-founded the Midwest Collage Society which exhibits throughout the Midwest region.
